    Usually, stinging nettle rash disappears within 24 hours. If you are facing discomfort even after 24 hours, then it is better you pay a visit to your doctor. Your doctor may prescribe you topical creams or lotions or ointments containing hydrocortisone. At times, oral antihistamines are also given.
